Abby is one of the tenured software specialists with Windward Softer and she is where the company as well, for almost four years now.
2:53
So let's get started. Take it away, Abby.
2:57
All right, thank you, Ivory. Hi, everyone, good afternoon. And thank you for joining our webinar today.
3:04
On April six, we discussed the promotion, those lists.
3:09
And today, we will talk about rewards rules based in motion system five.
3:15
So without further ado, let's get started.
3:21
In this webinar, we're going to discuss what are the rewards, rules, list, and promotion.
3:28
And how to set them up all day.
3:32
So here are promotion rules this.
3:36
Sorry enter our rewards rules, list and propulsion.
3:42
We have zero points, Miss reward rule gives a set number of points.
3:53
We have percentage points.
3:57
With this reward rule. The customer receives a number of points based on the selling price of the item.
4:06
Percentage discount.
4:10
This reward rule gives a percentage discount for an item.
4:15
And next, we have dollar discount, this reward or gives a dollar discount on the Idle line equal to the amount you specified.
4:27
Next, we have Price Schedule Rewards Rule.
4:31
The customer receives a price equal to the price for that price schedule.
4:39
Then, we have also sale, price, reward goal.
4:43
A customer gets the given sale price on an item.
4:50
Next, we have the free product.
4:53
With this reward goal, the customer gets a free product with the purchase of another product.
5:02
And the last, but not the least, points, percentage of profit.
5:07
With this regard role, the customer receives a number of points based on the percentage of profit for the item.
5:16
At this moment, I'm going to pull up my demo to show you how to set up.
5:23
And, of course, to be able to use the promotions feature, we have to enable it first in the setup wizard.
5:32
So you have to go to Menu, set up tools, set up with Dart.
5:42
And that is on their invoice set up.
5:47
Look for the Promotion program.
5:53
And select, Use Promotion Program, and close it to save, Changes, or save it.
6:06
After you enable it in the setup wizard, you're now able to use the promotions feature.
6:14
Some are going to the promotion lists.
6:19
OK, so again, no, we have that point. So let's just added this month to just show you my settings.
6:29
All right thing here under Details tab, is where you put in your parental code bar code.
6:36
This is where you set the promotion, date range, and make sure that this is or the promotion rule is active.
6:50
So we have also different filters here, You can only, you can select select, select it, or you can only set this up for selected items or by suppliers.
7:09
Inventory items, there's been a specific grants, or just spin up, specific main categories or sub categories.
7:19
For this demonstration, I set this up, or Category 100.
7:26
And in here, I am used price adjustment as my desktop method. You can also choose to apply promotion to every invoice with this option. The system will not recognize the other fields, hers.
7:44
All right.
7:46
So, with our first through, our goal, which is two points, I'm going to use the by amount or by dollar amount promotion rule.
7:57
So, this dollar amount of this is the minimum dollar amount of eligible items that must be purchased or erd.
8:05
They're a Wart.
8:06
So if at customer spends $150 or more, he gets 10 points.
8:16
Alright. So let's trade or sale.
8:22
To show you how this works.
8:30
And this requires a customer because the system needs to know where to.
8:37
To update the points.
8:58
All right.
8:58
So, any item under category a 100.
9:08
Great, Stop, all this one.
9:15
So this is $299 and in hours set up, if the customers pence hundred 50 or more gets 10 points.
9:27
So with that purchase customer gets at points.
9:35
Let's move on to the next award rule.
9:52
And, this is the percentage points. So, the percentage of volume dollar payment, percentage of dollar value is the price percentage of dollar volume given as points for this promotion.
10:06
If applied to all invoices, then the reward will be a person touch of the invoice, sub total, or the invoice, or the total amount before taxes.
10:20
All right, so the customer gets up ah, 10, 10% this.
10:29
Sorry, 10% of this outdoor pool, and that if my customers will buy any product from 100 or category, 100 clients.
10:44
And let's try that out.
10:47
So here.
10:52
Synthetic Murray 100 I?
11:01
Sounds fun.
11:08
So this is the subtotal.
11:14
So what is the 10, 10?
11:18
The 10% of the subtotal is, is defined.
11:23
So, the customer gets 55 points.
11:32
Let's move on to our next framework rule.
11:48
Alright, so this is the percentage discounts.
11:53
Percentage discount is the percentage of purchase dollar value.
11:59
Give that as a discount for this promotion and also in and this reward will rule, we use the coupon, the maximum coupons.
12:12
Ah, ah.
12:14
Maximum number of coupons and that's that's items breakpoint is the maximum items per coupon.
12:19
Yield will only be available or applicable for the only for the coupon promotion rule with without.
12:34
For those rewards, that do not include points.
12:38
And this one, the maximum discount, this is the maximum discount up to which reward will be valid. And this is only available for Caitlin Promotions for Rewards spurs that include points.
12:51
So this one doesn't include, why is your goal with, it doesn't include points, and this is for the reward. will.
13:00
That includes points and S.
13:07
Accepts values from 0 to 1.
13:11
So in desks in this setup, we have 10% are we out?
13:19
Can the percentage discount if a customer buy any product of Category 100 can?
13:34
So let's, I have an example.
14:15
Gen.
14:27
Right.
14:32
OK, now, this is discounted price, so this is the Percentage discount, 10%.
14:46
Fill list price.
14:50
All right.
14:52
Let's move on to the next reward rule.
14:59
Which is the dollar discount.
15:05
So the dollar discount is the fixed dollar value, given as a discount for this promotion, and we still are still using the promotion or the coupon promotion rule.
15:19
So in this set up, as my customer buys any product, category 115, it gets out a $5 discount.
15:33
Now, let's, how an example.
15:49
Here.
15:50
Category, OK. This teeth.
15:57
For example, this part, all right.
16:02
So the customer buys this product from Category ..., so he gets 95 dollars as price are at this up.
16:12
This is a discounted price, which is $5 discount from the lists, all right?
16:20
So that would be the example. Here's our.
16:25
dollar discounted reward rule.
16:29
And, let's now proceed to the other, or to the next remarkable?
16:43
So, this is the price schedule reward rule.
16:48
This the price schedule is the schedule used for the rewarded prize for this promotion.
16:54
So, in here, I have shop category, ah, 120 for this type of promotion.
17:03
And Brazilian, the coupon shell, I only set one coupon only and there is no limit for the items to be added, are to be sold for that specific invoice or every invoice.
17:22
Now, let's try that out in that category 120 example, yes.
17:32
Shimmer by ease.
17:39
three products from this category.
17:48
And as you can see, so for example, here, let's, I'll open it up for, let's edit the item.
17:59
To show you the price schedule that is being used.
18:16
So, in this setup, we used the price schedule preferred one.
18:25
So, the preferred one price schedule is 5% discount from list which is 199 and it is the same.
18:37
It's the same with the other items for the same allegory 120.
18:45
So, as you can see, it's, the prize is, or each line is discounted or has been discounted.
18:54
bird, ah, it is.
18:57
Do right route the price scheduled preferred one.
19:05
E two is, And let's proceed to the next one.
19:16
So this is the reward, the rule, price, or sale price.
19:23
So, the discounted price is the fixed dollar value given as a sale price for this promotion.
19:31
So I set this up for $500, I only.
19:37
OK, I set this up for Category 125.
19:42
And my Cat Angora wanted 25?
19:50
As item where?
19:54
4 or 500?
19:57
Cost, and a $500 cost.
20:03
So if my customers buy any product of that category, the prize will only be $500.
20:12
So let's try that out.
20:22
For example, It's.
20:28
What's this the line?
20:38
Let's add one at a time. Sorry.
20:45
Yeah.
21:01
Oh, sorry, it's number of items OK, pre items, so we have to laugh.
21:19
Total maximum item.
21:27
Should be three items, so it's up to you.
21:34
There we go.
21:35
So here, we're set up, or I set up three number of items for this reward role. So if the customer buys three.
21:49
Your items, that category, 125, the prize, will be I'll be $500 each.
22:02
As you can see here.
22:04
So prevalent at 29.99, it became my mark dollar.
22:20
That will be, sorry, three items or more.
22:31
All right, so let's proceed to the next one.
22:45
So the product and we have here at least the customer the customer buys at least three items.
22:55
Category hundred 35 Sell the customer will get one net free product.
23:06
So he can choose either trellis eyes, toothpaste, or toothbrush.
23:11
Now let's try that out.
23:20
So if he only by still, there's no free, but he buy if he buys three, then this prompt, this box, will prompt, will pop up.
23:31
So let's say, Carlos Sainz. Alright.
23:40
All right, so the travel size.
23:45
Is 3.75.
23:49
Since it is free, because this customer buys 3, 3 tops of toothpaste matches, the item number one, so the traveler size.
24:04
The key will not pay for the trial. This is a free or reward item.
24:10
Print the purchase, ah, The two phase that P pi?
24:21
Our frigates recaps toothpastes that he thought.
24:30
All right, so, let's proceed to last Reward Rule, which is the points percentage of profit.
24:40
So, again, this is the percentage of the prop.
24:45
The profit amount offered in points back to the customers.
24:51
So, we have here PHP percepts and the percentage of profit dollar is the percentage of profit dollar ragging given points for this promotion. And I only, I guess, yeah. I only set this up for this particular item.
25:14
So, if the customer buys this, he will get to 50%, that is the percentage of profit.
25:24
So, for now, all, That would be M.
25:41
OK, so let's just open this up.
25:44
I want to show you the cost of this item.
26:01
So, awesome.
26:02
This item is 30, and the list price is 60, so the profit is 30. So.
26:12
The profit is 30, and 50% of that is 15, so, somebody gets 50 points of this purchase.
26:20
So, again, this is core, this board role is the percentage of profit of the item that the customer buys or the item that has been set up for that promotion rule.
26:39
So, 13 is the profit and 50% of that is 18 points.
26:49
So, I guess, that would be all for my presentation today, if you have any questions or clarifications, you may drop it down to the question box.
27:03
OK, excellent.
27:05
